Through the tender announcement, it can be seen that the bidding is for the design of the Capital Airport Line at Wangjing South Elevated Station, with a building height of 15 m and a construction area of 7474 square meters, so the next step will be a series of operations such as design and construction. The design scheme of Wangjing South Station added to the airport line has been communicated and coordinated before, and it is generally a three-story elevated station, with platforms erected along the elevated section of the Capital Airport Line and 1 independent entrance. The entrance and exit of Line 14C were renovated to form an expanded hall. The additional station is transferred to the overpass of Line 14, and the overpass is also a street passage, and the transfer distance is 65m.
The Capital Airport Express Rail Line was opened in 2008, with a total of 4 stations initially, namely Dongzhimen Station (can transfer to Metro Line 2 and Line 13), Sanyuanqiao Station (can transfer to Metro Line 10), T2 Terminal Station and T3 Terminal Station, regardless of distance, the price is 25 yuan/person. From 2022, the Airport Express Line has been extended by one station to the west, and the southernmost side is currently at Beixinqiao Station (you can transfer to Metro Line 5).
