In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the spirit of the 13th National Congress of Chinese Women, and consolidate the foundation of the organizational work of the Women's Federation, the Women's Federation of Ningwu County recently held a meeting on the arrangements for the work of the women's federation at the county and township levels. Gao Maofeng, a first-level chief staff member of the Organization Department of the County Party Committee, and Rong Haojia, the eighth resident group of the County Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, attended the meeting. The deputy in charge of the women's federation of the township and party and mass service centers, the chairman of the women's federation, and all the cadres of the county women's federation attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Jia Xiaoli, secretary of the party group of the County Women's Federation.
Comrade Gao Maofeng read out the "Notice on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan for the Election of the Women's Federation at the County and Township Levels in Ningwu County", and gave a detailed interpretation of the guiding ideology, basic principles, policy requirements, time arrangements and implementation steps, the election of deputies, the distribution of deputies, the structural proportion, the selection method and the re-election process.
Comrade Rong Haojia put forward requirements for the discipline of the re-election: we must strictly abide by the party's political discipline and political rules, abide by the discipline of organizational and personnel work, adhere to the education first, warning first, and prevention first, resolutely prevent unhealthy trends in the re-election, and create a good political ecology. Establish a supervision group for the conduct and discipline of the meeting, strengthen supervision and inspection and accountability, and investigate to the end those who violate the discipline of the re-election, and seriously deal with them, so as to ensure that the re-election is clean and upright.
Finally, Jia Xiaoli, Secretary of the Party Group of the County Women's Federation, emphasized the work of the county and township women's federations:
The first is to strengthen organizational leadership to ensure the successful completion of the re-election work. Adhere to the leadership of the party, carefully organize and make careful arrangements, clarify the objectives, tasks, time requirements, and work responsibilities of the re-election work, and ensure the high-quality completion of the re-election work.
The second is to complete the task according to the time node and strictly follow the re-election procedure. Conscientiously study the requirements of the notice on doing a good job in the work of the women's federation for the re-election, strictly control the requirements, procedures, and time points, and ensure that the re-election work is completed on time and on schedule.
The third is to take the election as an opportunity to select and strengthen the cadres of the Women's Federation. It is necessary to recruit outstanding women representatives, such as those with high overall quality, strong dedication, and experts in getting rich, into grassroots women's federation organizations, enhance the mass, extensiveness, and representativeness of women's federation organizations, further optimize the structure of the contingent, and strengthen the work force.
In the next step, the county women's federation will strictly follow the process and do a good job in the work related to the election of the women's federation at the county and township levels, strengthen communication with the county party committee and the organization department, conscientiously do a good job in the preparatory work for the women's congress, and ensure the smooth progress of the election of the women's federation at the county and township levels.
