Original Sweet and Sour Cool Eclipse
It's been hot lately, so I'll make you a bowl of cold sugar water for your eyes.
The lychees in the sandwich are like small white flowers in full bloom, gently blown by the wind, and inadvertently, you can smell the smell of summer.
Not only is it beautiful, but it is even more refreshing to eat a bite, and it is not lost to any dessert shop.
The secret to not putting sugar is to use fruits and plants.
The sweet and sour fruit of June is complemented by the unique aroma of lemongrass water, and finally jasmine.
The colorful leaves and lemongrass used are not ubiquitous, and you have to use online shopping, but as soon as you take a sip and the aroma feels like it teleports to Southeast Asia, you know how worthwhile the effort is.
Happy summer.
Lemon lychee ice bowl
1. Fold 2 colorful leaves into a knot, cut 2 lemongrass into sections, put them in 800ml of water, boil over high heat, turn to medium heat and cook for 2 minutes. When the colorful leaves turn yellow and the water turns yellow-green, turn off the heat and remove the dry ingredients.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of white sugar (the sweetness is already very low in 800ml) and 2 tablespoons of lime juice to the colorful lemongrass water, let cool and set aside.
3. Peel and core 10 lychees, and add a pineapple (about 1cm thick) to each lychee.
4. Put pineapple lychee, 4 lime slices in a bowl, pour in colorful lemongrass water, and garnish with jasmine.
5. Put it in the refrigerator and freeze it for 2 and a half hours, and take it out when a layer of thin ice forms on the surface.
6. Crack the thin ice, stir the lychee and crushed ice well, and garnish with 2 colorful leaf tips.
Happy summer

The eclipse selects good things
I don't know if many people are like my colleagues, who want to drink lemon soaked water to supplement vitamin C in summer, but there is always half a dried lemon in the refrigerator.
Freeze-dried lemon slices can be added.
It can turn white water into happy water, and since this freeze-dried lemon slice, every glass of water my colleagues drink has the taste of vitamin C.
The freeze-drying technology preserves the nutrients with no additional additions, and each slice is the original flavor of freshly cut lemons.
