Whenever I come home from work and throw myself into the big sofa, all the fatigue seems to be gently soothed by it, and it is no longer a dream to be resurrected.
With the arrival of Friday, I would like to share with you this unique weekend experience in my hotel-style home, experiencing a different kind of high-end life.
Regarding my home, a 68-square-metre two-bedroom space, as a hotel designer, I decided to incorporate my expertise and aesthetics into the design of my home. Pushing the boundaries of traditional home design, I chose bold dark tones to create a unique, high-end living atmosphere.
When you enter the house, the first thing that catches your eye is a calm black. The black walls are complemented by a selection of metal ornaments, and each item shines with a sophisticated light. This design not only does not make the space look oppressive, but through the clever lighting design and accessories embellishment, the whole room glows with a different kind of vitality.
The protagonist of the living room is an oversized sofa, whose presence seems to have a magical power that can absorb all the tiredness and sorrow. In the choice of sofa fabric, I used a textured suede material with a hint of warm luster in dark tones, which is soft to the touch and comfortable to sit on. Paired with a low coffee table and clean lines, every detail exudes sophistication and sophistication.
In the design of the bedroom, I still follow the overall concept of dark tones, but through the soft furnishings such as bedding and curtains, the material and color matching add warmth and comfort. On the wall behind the bed hangs a large art painting, which adds a sense of tranquility and art to the sleeping space with simple lines and deep colors.
The bathroom is a classic black, white and gray color scheme, the stone texture of the wall and floor is clearly visible, and the bathroom appliances with a sense of design show the pursuit of quality life. The spacious mirror and clever storage design make daily washing more relaxed and pleasant.
So when my neighbor described my home with "depressive wind," I smiled silently. Because in this dark and high-end space designed by me, I have found my true self and peace, which is my deepest understanding and expression of home.
