(June 28th) Recently, the National Advanced Rare Metal Materials Technology Innovation Center Project (Phase I) Data Center, which was undertaken by the Ninth Engineering Department of Shaanxi Construction Holdings, officially started construction. The National Advanced Rare Metal Materials Technology Innovation Center Project (Phase I) is located in the south of Tianqiao Expressway in Xi'an High-tech Zone, north of Northwestern Polytechnical University, west of Dongda Road and east of Planning Road, covering an area of 200 acres, with a total construction area of 200,000 square meters, and plans to build four platforms and two bases, which will be committed to building the first national technology innovation center in Northwest China, focusing on major projects in the fields of aviation, marine, nuclear industry, biomedical and electronic industries, and carrying out scientific research and development and technological research.
At present, the project department has been equipped with experienced management personnel, formulated a strict and standardized management system, and has completed the preliminary construction planning, technical plan preparation, temporary office and living area erection, as well as steel shed construction, strip foundation excavation and groove inspection, tower crane foundation pouring. In the next step, the project department will adhere to the concept of lean construction, adhere to high standards, strict requirements and practical measures, work hard and quickly, and make every effort to tackle the goals and tasks of each node to help the project perform and deliver with high quality. Fangjiacun Interchange is located in Baqiao District, Xi'an City, which is the traffic transfer hub of Xi'an Ring Expressway and Lianhuo Expressway, and is also an important fast passage for transit and entry in the east of Xi'an City. After many tests, it is found that the dimensional error of the workpiece in all directions can be stably controlled within 0.01 mm, the surface roughness of the milled parts reaches less than 0.8 microns, and the surface roughness of the turned parts reaches less than 1.6 microns, which verifies that the precision machining ability of the machining production line can reach micron-level accuracy, and further confirms that from the casting production line to the machining production line, the pilot production line has the research and development capabilities of the whole production line from raw materials to aluminum alloy deep processing.
