On the afternoon of late June, the heat was steaming, and the air outside the Wenbi Community Party and Mass Service Center in Menggu Town, Qiaojia County, Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province was a little hot.
Just after 3 o'clock, the glass door of the Party and Mass Service Center was pushed open with a "creak", and two old men wearing straw hats walked in with each other's arms, their faces full of anxiety.

Wenbi Community in Menggu Town is a new community established in March 2021 based on the relocation and resettlement of migrants from the Baihetan Hydropower Station on the Jinsha River, with 1,595 households and 5,151 people. In order to solve the problems of migrants transferring employment and follow-up assistance, Menggu Town has piloted the construction of a "smart community" integrating "regional spatial data visualization, integration of smart party building, accurate information push and automatic identification, intelligent monitoring and early warning of AI equipment, VR immersive party building education, data analysis and judgment and dynamic perception".
After listening to the old man's words, Pi Mingfei, Secretary of the Party Committee of Wenbi Community, immediately dialed the number of the lost mobile phone, but there was only a prompt tone from the end of the receiver that "the phone you dialed is on the phone".
