According to the unified deployment of the Cyberspace Administration of the People's Republic of China, the Cyberspace Administration of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee has organized and carried out a three-month special action on "Clearing and Optimizing the Business Network Environment - Rectifying the Chaos of Enterprise-related Infringing Information" throughout the province since the end of March. During the operation, 367 pieces of illegal and negative information such as infringement by enterprises were effectively cleaned up, 69 websites involved in infringement and violations of laws and regulations were closed in accordance with the law, 29 accounts involved in infringement and violations of laws and regulations were disposed of in accordance with the law, 20 persons in charge of websites, MCN institutions, and self-media were interviewed in accordance with the law, and 43 clues were handed over to relevant departments, continuously tightening the main responsibility for the management of information content related to enterprises on website platforms, and effectively safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises and entrepreneurs online.
During the special action, the Cyberspace Administration of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee has always taken "optimizing the business network environment" as an important measure to implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions and the spirit of the National People's Congress and the Central Economic Work Conference, and as an important starting point for safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises and entrepreneurs and optimizing the business environment. While forming a strong governance synergy through overall planning, responsibility transmission, and joint supervision, we will continue to strengthen the rectification of information content, increase legal popularization and case publicity, and gather the forces of all parties to jointly create a good ecosystem. In order to further standardize the acceptance and disposal of reports of online infringement information related to enterprises, and facilitate enterprises to report and protect their rights in a timely and effective manner when encountering online infringement, the Cyberspace Administration of the Provincial Party Committee has specially formulated the Guidelines for Reporting Online Infringement Information Involving Enterprises, and issued the Guidelines for Reporting Online Infringement Information Involving Enterprises to the provincial cyberspace information department, strengthening the ability of cross-regional work linkage and the efficiency of communication and disposal, and effectively improving the pertinence and scientificity of the acceptance and disposal of reports of "enterprise-related online infringement information".
