The Wari Railway is the first one-time heavy-haul railway with an axle load of 30 tons built in mainland China, the second 10,000-ton railway of Taiyuan Bureau Group Company after the Daqin Railway, and an important coal resource transportation channel connecting the east and west of the mainland. The Yongxin railway special line leads from Anze Station of Wari Railway, with a length of 22.634 kilometers of heavy train line, a designed annual coke dispatch capacity of 6.5 million tons, and an annual coal unloading capacity of 2 million tons.
In order to ensure the opening of the special line on schedule, Taiyuan Bureau Group Co., Ltd. set up a special work class for the special railway line, fully integrated resources, regularly docked with enterprises and construction units, actively built a service platform, coordinated and solved problems in policy support, railway procedures, construction and other aspects, and urged all parties involved in the construction to go all out to catch up with the construction period and rush the progress.
As the escrow unit of the special railway line, the Linfen comprehensive section gives full play to the advantages of the section of car, engineering, electricity and supply, and organizes personnel from various professional departments to go deep into the special railway line every week to hold promotion meetings with enterprises and construction units to provide "one-stop" construction plan approval services to ensure that the construction task is carried out as planned. Formulate management measures for the pick-up and delivery of special railway lines, business training plans for staff of special railway line enterprises such as loading and anti-slipping, and actively deploy operators and management personnel for driving, shunting and other types of work, assist enterprises in handling operation procedures, and ensure that special lines are put into operation as soon as possible.

On June 27, the Linfen comprehensive section used the last "skylight" operation to carry out equipment commissioning and interlocking tests on the Yongxin railway special line.
After the special line was officially put into operation, it effectively solved the problem of restricting the last kilometer of "road to railway", provided a stable transportation supply guarantee for the Wari Railway, and injected "new impetus" into the freight volume of Taiyuan Bureau Group Company.
