The "Huming through train" remote assistance system through the establishment of Huming remote assistance all-in-one machine in the government affairs center of Sanming City (Sanyuan District) and the Huming community, and the acceptance window of the Jiangpu Road Street Community Affairs Acceptance Service Center are connected and interconnected, so as to facilitate the residents to remotely obtain numbers, consult, and handle various government service matters in Shanghai and Ming in accordance with the regulations.

According to the staff of Jiangpu Road Street, this move is aimed at facilitating the Shanghai personnel (returning to Shanghai and in Mingming) and their descendants who participated in the construction of Sanming's retired (on-the-job), as well as the Shanghai personnel in Sanming, to consult and handle related community affairs such as the filing of medical treatment in other places, the comprehensive allowance for the elderly, and build a mechanism for communication and coordination between the two places to deal with related affairs.
