The meeting conveyed the relevant content of the provincial and municipal special rectification action plan for cracking down on data fraud in the field of ecological environment, and interpreted in detail the judgment and treatment methods for environmental monitoring data fraud. The directors of each sub-center made a statement on how to keep the bottom line of environmental monitoring and ensure the reliability of monitoring data.
In order to firmly establish the awareness of grassroots ecological environment monitoring personnel that "monitoring data quality is the 'lifeline' of ecological environment monitoring", and resolutely put an end to the occurrence of fraud in monitoring data within the ecological environment monitoring system, Zhang Jiandong, director of the Municipal Monitoring and Security Center, emphasized that it is necessary to focus on "one improvement and five strengthening". As soon as it is improved, it is necessary to improve the political position, effectively act as a "researcher" for data analysis, a "guide" for data sharing, and a "referee" for data quality control, always keep the bottom line, resolutely put an end to data fraud, and keep the "pure land of one party".
