In recent years, the city's party organizations at all levels and the majority of party members have adhered to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, thoroughly studied and implemented the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on Sichuan's work, and conscientiously implemented the development strategy of the provincial party committee's "synchronization of the four modernizations, urban-rural integration, and co-prosperity of the five districts" and the general idea of the municipal party committee's "four-five-five-six" development. A large number of outstanding Communist Party members, outstanding party workers, and advanced grassroots party organizations have emerged.
On the occasion of celebrating the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, in order to further encourage the party organizations at all levels and the majority of party members in the city not to forget their original intentions, keep their missions in mind, strive to be the first, and make contributions, the municipal party committee decided to award 80 comrades including Li Chengjin the title of "Outstanding Communist Party Member of Deyang City", 30 comrades such as Yin Yan the title of "Outstanding Party Workers of Deyang City", and 70 grassroots party organizations such as the Intelligent Manufacturing Party Branch of TBEA (Deyang) Cable Co., Ltd. were awarded the title of "Advanced Grassroots Party Organization of Deyang City".
The outstanding individuals and advanced collectives commended this time are outstanding representatives of party organizations at all levels and the majority of party members in the city. They have firm beliefs and loyalty to the party, always adhere to the correct political direction, firmly support the "two establishments", resolutely achieve the "two safeguards", and fully implement the decisions and arrangements of the party Central Committee and the provincial and municipal party committees. They are full of passion and innovation, adapt to the requirements of the situation, face contradictions and challenges, and take the lead in vigorously developing new quality productivity and promoting high-quality development. They dare to work hard, grasp the implementation, exert all their strength, come up with real moves, and create new achievements in attracting investment, promoting major projects, improving people's livelihood and well-being, and maintaining security and stability.
