The total investment is about 1.8 billion yuan.

(2) Chegu Convention and Exhibition Center: The site is located in Plot 152R of Junshan New Town, Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone, with a land area of about 7.3 hectares, east of Jingkai Avenue and Metro Line 16, south of Chegu Avenue, west of Liangjun East Road, and north of Fenglin 2nd Road. The total investment is about 900 million yuan.
Auto Valley Convention and Exhibition Center: Located on Plot 152R of Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WEDZ) Junshan New Town, with a land area of approximately 7.3ha, it is adjacent to Jingkai Avenue and Metro Line 16 to the east, Auto Valley Avenue to the south, Liangjun East Road to the west, and Fenglin Second Road to the north. (3) Chegu Cultural Center: The site is located in Plot 119C, Junshan New Town, Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone, with a land area of about 4.3 hectares, adjacent to Chuanjiangchi Third Road in the east, Chegu Avenue in the south, Chuanjiangchi South Road in the north, and Junshan Campus of Tongji Hospital in the west. The total investment is about 800 million yuan.

(5) This solicitation activity accepts consortium registration. Design costs
