Tianjin TEDA School affiliated to East China Normal University is a full-time public school, divided into primary and secondary schools. The construction is the first phase of the project, located in Tianjiao Business District, Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone, with a total land area of about 28,000 square meters and a total construction area of about 38,000 square meters, which will officially open in September 2024, designed to accommodate 48 teaching classes, which can meet the enrollment needs of about 2,000 students.

The evacuation staircase is illuminated with photovoltaic lighting, which effectively guarantees the teaching order and student safety in the event of a sudden power outage. The teaching building is equipped with a fresh air system to keep the indoor air clean and fresh at all times; The project applies building seismic isolation technology to offset external energy through the friction of the vibration isolation bearing interface, which greatly improves the seismic ability, seismic reliability and disaster prevention level of the building structure, and ensures the safety of students in many aspects. The project has successfully passed the evaluation and acceptance of the high-quality structure of the "Tianjin Municipal Civilized Construction Site" and the "Haihe Cup" of Tianjin Construction Project.
After the project is put into use, it will meet the needs of residents in the Tianjiao area for high-quality educational resources, promote the development of the basic education system in Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone, and further enhance the urban value of the core area of "Bincheng".
