This project is a provincial key project, with a total investment of 1.3 billion yuan, plans to build 10 resin handicraft production lines, and is expected to produce 4.5 million indoor handicraft ornaments and 12.5 million high-end holiday gifts and outdoor products after full operation, attracting more than 10 affiliated enterprises such as color printing, mold, logistics and transportation, which is of great significance to promoting the economic and social development of the county.

Ninghua County aims at the county's key industrial chains such as organic silicon, emergency response, and mineral deep processing, draws an investment map with the idea of "chain investment", seizes the opportunity of counterpart cooperation, and makes more efforts through "resource + high-tech material industry", "Xiangxian + industrial chain" investment, stationed investment, consultant investment, etc., to accelerate the introduction of a number of high-tech industrial projects with high scientific and technological content, good development prospects, and tax source to expand the industrial chain. Up to now, the county has signed 36 new projects with a total investment of 7.86 billion yuan, including 27 projects with more than 100 million yuan, 6 projects with more than 500 million yuan, 2 projects with a total investment of more than 1 billion yuan, and 8 new projects with a total investment of 1.95 billion yuan.

The county has carried out the "You Say I Do It" project service day activities on a regular basis, vigorously promoted the transformation of the project, and adopted methods such as holding special coordination meetings, on-site promotion meetings, and government-bank-enterprise matchmaking meetings to help project owners coordinate and solve the problems of land, forest, energy, capital and other elements in a timely manner. In the past year, a number of special coordination meetings and on-site special promotion meetings have been held to help project owners solve more than 50 problems such as land use and loans. The city's key projects such as the comprehensive utilization of Lvjia solid waste resources, Ningyu construction waste treatment and the comprehensive utilization of waste tailings have achieved "land acquisition and construction".
