The focus is on rectifying the illegal acts on ordinary highways, and strictly investigating five types of illegal acts: fatigue driving, serious speeding, serious overcrowding of passenger vehicles, serious overloading of medium-sized trucks and above, and illegal carrying of people by trucks and tricycles.
On urban roads, strictly investigate illegal behaviors such as "drag racing and bombing the streets", as well as electric bicycles running red lights and driving in the opposite direction.
Investigate and deal with three types of illegal acts: drunk driving, driving without a license, and driving scrapped vehicles.
