Chinese From June 30th to July 6th, the oil painting exhibition of the famous painter Yang Shusen was held at the Ginza Silkland Gallery. In the elegant gallery, Yang Shusen's paintings exude a charm full of vitality.
Yang Shusen, born in 1960, studied at the Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts and the Central Academy of Arts and Crafts from 1980 to 86, participated in the Chinese Art Exhibition held in Paris, France in 1996, participated in the Chinese Modern Art Fair in Houston, USA in 2002, participated in the Asian Modern Art Exhibition of the Gwangju Municipal Academy of Fine Arts in 2004, participated in the second Asian Art Exhibition in South Korea in 2005, participated in the French International Modern Art Exhibition in 2006, and participated in the China, Japan and South Korea Nomination Exhibition in 2010. In 2014, he held a solo exhibition at the Pingshan Art Museum of the China National Academy of Painting and a solo exhibition at the Affiliated Art Museum, a solo exhibition at the Xiamen Art Museum in 2016, and a solo exhibition at Artron (Shenzhen) Art Museum in 2017.
In the solo exhibitions at Silkland Gallery, his works include "Flowers Are Not Flowers", "Green Mark", "Blooming Season", "Travelogue", "Spring Dance", "Flowers Bloom and Send Warmth", all of which show the artist's deep concern and expression for nature and the four seasons.
On the first day of the exhibition on June 30, many Japanese and Chinese audiences who came to watch the exhibition stopped to admire and resonate with the painter's spiritual landscape.
