Recently, the reporter learned from the Haikou Comprehensive Maintenance Section of Hainan Railway that according to the annual plan, the Hainan Railway West Ring Freight Line Fork Stone Branch Line (Fork River to Shilu) organized line clearance, and the specific operating railway mileage is K0 + 000 meters to K5 + 123 meters, with a total length of 5.123 kilometers and an average of 6 hours a day. Construction began on June 22 and is expected to last 30 days.
It is understood that the construction is responsible for the eight comprehensive maintenance workshops, with the cooperation of the machine repair workshop and the professional construction team, with an average of more than 60 manpower per day, and the mode of small machine group operation and manual cooperation is adopted.
The reporter saw at the scene that the small machine group has a total of 4 excavators and 3 cleaning machines, which are interspersed according to the division of tasks, and each machine is responsible for different operation projects.
The two excavators at the head of the row are the pioneers, one is responsible for cleaning the core slab ballast, the other is responsible for ditching, slope opening and discarded ballast bagging, followed by the No. 3 cleaning machine is responsible for breaking the bottom and cleaning the screen, all construction machinery operates in an orderly manner according to the operation process, operation standards and requirements, and has a special person to command and monitor. Manual tamping adopts "one operation and four" tamping machine for operation.
In order to ensure construction safety, the workshop holds a construction preparatory meeting, a pre-shift meeting and a summary meeting every day to remind the key points of construction and safety, analyze the quality of the day's work and summarize the existing problems, and judge the construction safety risks of the next day. In the operation, the "one machine and one protection" is strictly implemented, and the ballast after screening, residual soil treatment and line opening safety control are well controlled.
The reporter noticed that in order to do a good job in the anti-swelling work of the line, the construction section arranged personnel to observe the temperature changes before, during and after the operation every day. The orbit temperature is generally around 26°C at 6 o'clock in the morning, and the highest orbit temperature can reach 48°C by 12 noon.
"After the line is screened, ballasted, pillow changed and tamped, the quality will be greatly improved, laying a solid foundation for ensuring the safety of fork stone branch transportation." Zhou Huang, the person in charge of construction, introduced.
