Build a 30-square-meter "Jinding on the Cloud" judicial security center, equipped with a P2 high-definition display screen, equipped with a remote video system, realize high-definition video calls with the Municipal Comprehensive Management Center, litigation service center, judge's workstation, circuit trial vehicle and other places, and promote the formation of a "Jinding on the Cloud" tourism dispute coordination and resolution mechanism of "departmental linkage, rapid acceptance, timely assignment, and effective disposal", and since 2021, 84 travel-related disputes have been successfully resolved before litigation, saving 238,000 yuan for the parties.
Build two platforms for rapid docking. In the crowded tourist attractions, tourism associations, and homestay associations, 2 listed judge workstations, and 5 conflict and dispute contact points have been set up to create a cross-domain collaboration platform for scenic spots, and each site can achieve seamless connection through "cloud" smooth connection, providing professional guidance and rapid response to solve the needs of the masses. Actively adapt to the current situation of high mobility of tourists in the scenic spot and high "cost" of litigation, open the "Cloud Jinding" intelligent trial platform to achieve cross-domain case filing, "cloud" mediation, and online court hearings.
Carry out roving trials of three types of cases. "Wherever the roving car goes, the trial will be located." Upgrade and transform the vehicle-mounted tourism circuit court, built-in science and technology court, synchronous voice recognition software, external full-car LED screen, ensure synchronous audio and video recording, synchronous live broadcast, synchronous backhaul, and select three types of typical cases such as tourism services, industrial development, and grassroots social governance to carry out circuit trials, so as to achieve the good effect of "handling one case and governing one".

Implement the "three-in-one" judicial protection. Focusing on the battle to defend the blue sky, pure land and clear water, we used big data to statistically analyze the distribution of cases of damage to the ecological environment in recent years, and set up a judicial protection base for biodiversity and a replanting and greening base for Mount Emei, providing online judicial services for the protection of more than 3,700 species of higher plants and more than 2,300 species of wild animals. Implement the system of pre-trial injunctions in environmental infringement cases, stop the direct discharge of wastewater, waste gas, and waste residue, and carefully protect the "clear water and blue sky".
Promote the "three-end effective" industry guidance. In line with the "field chief system" cultivated land protection, the "river chief system" river and lake management, and the "forest chief system" forestry restoration, focusing on key projects and major industrial construction such as the construction of Emei Nanshan, medical (health), Emei water, and Emei tea, analyze and sort out legal risks, enterprise environmental protection and compliance construction, implement industrial assistance according to local conditions, and promote "industrial ecology and ecological industrialization".
