On June 27, Kunming Yangzonghai Scenic Area held a meeting to promote the construction and reform of the industrial worker team in the new era in the second quarter, and conducted a special study on the problems existing in the promotion of industrial reform.
At the meeting, the District Federation of Trade Unions interpreted and deployed the key points and task decomposition of the industrial reform work in our district in 2024, and the Economic Development Bureau, Kunming Sanchuan Wire and Cable Co., Ltd., and Yunnan Surui Logistics Co., Ltd. respectively exchanged speeches on the industrial reform work.

In the second half of the year, all member units of industrial reform and pilot enterprises of industrial reform should work together to jointly promote the quality and efficiency of industrial reform in our district.
First, it is necessary to deeply understand the importance of the reform of the construction of the industrial worker team from a higher political position. We should grasp the work of industrial reform as a political task entrusted to us by the party Central Committee, and make the work of industrial reform the top priority of the work of the trade unions.
The second is to take more practical measures to further promote the tasks of the construction and reform of the industrial worker team. Focus on the main body of the enterprise, focus on the "ten major projects", focus on demonstration and drive, take employees as the center, and help the high-quality development of enterprises and the "double promotion" and "double promotion" of industrial reform.
The third is to take on a stronger mission and strive to form a strong joint force to promote the construction and reform of the industrial worker team. To strengthen overall coordination, publicity and refinement and supervision and inspection, all member units should be in accordance with the Kunming Federation of Trade Unions' "one standard", "two lists" and "three door-to-door" work requirements, so as to achieve "one enterprise and one policy", and promote various reform tasks in a targeted manner.
In the next step, the Yangzonghai District Federation of Trade Unions will continue to focus on the central work of the District Party Working Committee and the Management Committee, focus on the "Top 10" projects of industrial reform, continuously expand the team of industrial workers in the district, further improve the ability and quality of the industrial workers, truly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of industrial workers, and continue to inject the power of industrial workers into the high-quality development of Yangzonghai.
