At 8:30 on June 27, the Pinglu County 2024 Vocational Skills Competition UAV control and maintenance and welding events hosted by Pinglu County No. 1 Senior Vocational High School officially kicked off, and 36 contestants competed on the same stage and showed their style.
The theme of this year's competition is "showing skills and promoting the spirit of craftsmen", sponsored by the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the County Federation of Trade Unions, and co-organized by the County Education and Sports Bureau and the County Industrial Information Technology and Science and Technology Bureau, with a total of 8 vocational skills competitions and 1 skill display project. According to the principle of the competition and prize system, each project in this competition has 1 first prize, 2 second prizes and 3 third prizes.
The school leaders attach great importance to the undertaking of the competition, and under the guidance of the organizing committee of the competition and the superior departments, they plan and deploy in advance, and set up a leading group for the work of the competition site; Strengthen promotion, pay attention to details, and hold special coordination meetings many times to sort out and simulate the competition process to ensure the smooth development of the competition.

After fierce competition, the competition came to a successful conclusion on June 28. The 12 participating students of Pinglu County No. 1 Senior Vocational High School won all the awards in the two competitions, and the school was awarded the honorary title of "Organization Award".
