On the afternoon of June 28, Tianjin Public Resources Trading Center put on the shelves a residential plot, located in the north of Hexi Sports Institute, and the plot will be delisted on July 29. Jinxi Ji (hanging) No. 2024-15, the plot is located in the north section of Hexi Sports Institute, with a planned above-ground construction area of 19,400 square meters, and the starting price of the listing is 129 million yuan (excluding urban renewal costs), which is equivalent to a floor price of 6,652 yuan/㎡.

On July 29, it was delisted Jinxi Ji (hanging) No. 2024-15, which is located on the southeast side of the intersection of Jizhuangzi North Road and Huanhu Middle Road, Hexi District.
The land area of the land transfer is 8,894.9 square meters, the plot ratio is ≤ 2.19, the above-ground construction area is 1,939 square meters, and the land use is urban residential and commercial services. The plot contains a commercial construction area of 2,000 square meters. The starting price of the land plot is 129 million yuan, and the floor price is 6,652 yuan/㎡ (excluding urban renewal costs).
The transferee shall pay no less than 50% of the land transfer fee within 30 days from the date of signing the transfer contract, and pay all the land transfer fees within one year from the date of signing the transfer contract. Bidders are required to pay a bidding deposit of RMB 25.8 million.
The land is one of the key urban renewal projects to be promoted in Hexi District in 2024.
The project covers an area of 28.42 hectares, with a total construction area of 296,000 square meters and a total investment of 528 million yuan. The renovation of the old community involves 13 communities on Tianta Street, with a construction area of 287,300 square meters, benefiting 6,018 residents. At present, 11 communities have started construction, and the remaining 2 communities are planned to start construction in March and be completed in June.
The project is the first approved independent urban renewal project of Tianjin Rail Transit Group.
Construction has officially started in July 2023, and the overall plan is to be completed in 3 years.
Jinxi Ji (hanging) plot No. 2024-15 is the residential plot in the urban renewal project of Xianda plot. The north side of the plot is the North Luneng Mansion for sale, and the west side of the Huanhu Middle Road is the North Jinmao Mansion for sale.
