The random inspection announcement is as follows:

Fourth, focus on the content of spot checks
The supervision and random inspection of the unit's performance of statutory fire safety duties shall be based on the actual situation of the unit:
(1) The implementation of the main responsibility for fire safety (consult the information and ask questions on the spot).
1. Whether the fire safety system, fire extinguishing and emergency evacuation plan are formulated in accordance with the regulations, and fire prevention inspections, fire drills and fire safety education and training are organized;
2. Whether the unit with a fire control room implements the management requirements of the fire control room;
3. Whether to establish full-time, volunteer fire brigades or micro fire stations in accordance with the prescribed standards, and regularly organize training and drills;
4. Whether the person responsible for fire safety, the fire safety manager and their responsibilities are announced, as well as whether they independently assess risks, independently inspect safety and rectify hidden dangers, and make fire safety commitments;
5. The implementation of other fire safety main responsibilities.
(2) The situation of fire-fighting facilities and equipment (check the maintenance and inspection records of fire-fighting facilities and equipment).
Whether the fire-fighting facilities and equipment are regularly repaired and maintained; Whether the fire protection technical service agency is entrusted to carry out daily management, maintenance and testing of the building fire protection facilities in accordance with the law if it does not have the ability to maintain and inspect the fire protection facilities; If it is found that the fire-fighting facilities and equipment are not kept intact and effective during maintenance and inspection, whether the rectification work is implemented.
(3) Building fire prevention and safety evacuation (spot checks).
whether the fire spacing is occupied; Whether the fire truck climbing operation site of the high-rise building is occupied, and whether the fire truck passage, evacuation passage and safety exit are unblocked; If it is a densely populated place, it is also necessary to spot check whether there are obstacles on the doors and windows of the exterior wall that affect escape and fire fighting and rescue.
(4) Other content that needs to be inspected in accordance with law.
Fifth, the work requirements
All units and places should implement the main responsibility and conscientiously carry out self-inspection and self-improvement according to the relevant provisions of laws and regulations and the content of this fire supervision and random inspection. If fire hazards or fire violations are found during the random inspection, the brigade will investigate and deal with them in accordance with the law.
