As one of the main sources of energy consumption and carbon emissions, the green development of commercial buildings is particularly important, and corporate ESG brand image has become an important factor for consumers to choose brands when shopping. However, commercial buildings are currently facing many problems such as high energy consumption, low efficiency, and high operating costs.

Therefore, Midea MDV8 high-efficiency multi-connection is used in the store, and the full DC frequency conversion exceeds the national first-class energy efficiency, helping the store to save energy and reduce carbon emissions at the starting line. At the same time, considering more possibilities for the green upgrade of stores in the future, the technical interface and hardware architecture of product digital intelligence iteration and upgrade are reserved in advance to help the continuous optimization and iteration of green operation of stores.

At the same time, in the flagship store of Shanghai Li Ning Center, the perfect closed loop of cloud-edge-end solution is realized through 2 smart terminals + 1 integrated cabinet of strong and weak current. Among them, the smart store management platform is a representative application of the smart terminal, including store staff mode, business mode, closing mode and multiple modes, which can realize the refined management of store energy consumption, environmental parameters and carbon emissions, greatly reduce the energy consumption of the store, and is expected to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 13.5 tons per year.

As an innovative energy management model, virtual power plant can integrate scattered energy resources to achieve optimal allocation and efficient utilization of energy. In addition, Midea Building Technology has also carried out energy-saving renovation of Li Ning Shenzhen Center, providing a new model for the low-cost renovation and upgrading of old buildings. Li Ning Shenzhen Center is a building that has been in use for more than 10 years, with a total construction area of about 65,960.64 square meters. By replacing the original foreign brand's automatic control system, Midea Building Technology has achieved a comprehensive upgrade of the building through the KONG automatic control system. Based on DCC, control system, Smart control algorithm, etc., the KONG automatic control system realizes the compatibility of AI optimization and local control through a hierarchical control architecture, ensures the safe and stable operation of the system, improves indoor comfort, optimizes hydraulic balance, and is expected to save more than 15% energy. The project is a green model for the access of non-American brand HVAC equipment, and shortens the construction period from 40 days to 24 days.
