Subsidy standard
The amount of subsidy funds that have not been fully distributed in the previous round will be continued, and the subsidy standards are as follows:
- First gear:
If the invoice amount (excluding tax) for car purchase is more than 100,000 yuan (inclusive) and less than 200,000 yuan (exclusive), the subsidy is 2,000 yuan;
- Tier 2:
If the invoice amount (excluding tax) for car purchase is more than 200,000 yuan (inclusive) and less than 300,000 yuan (exclusive), the subsidy is 3,000 yuan;
- Tier 3:
If the invoice amount (excluding tax) for car purchase is more than 300,000 yuan (inclusive), the subsidy is 4,000 yuan.
Tips:
1. The above subsidy funds do not distinguish between fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles, and the activity quota is limited.
2. If the application time is missed due to the failure of the review of the information, or the application exceeds the quota or the quota of the final submitted application is not enough to support the application grade, it will not be approved.
Reimbursement object
During the campaign period, individual consumers (excluding enterprises) who purchase and register a car that meets the conditions of the event at the event enterprise and meet the following conditions:
1. Purchase a new car from a participating car company, and the purchased vehicle belongs to the "National VI" and above emission standards of fuel cars or new energy vehicles included in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's "Catalogue of Recommended Models for the Promotion and Application of New Energy Vehicles".
2. The purchased vehicle must be a new vehicle and meet the requirements of the Ministry of Public Security's "Terms and Definitions of Motor Vehicle Types" (GA802-2019) as a small and micro passenger vehicle. Commercial vehicles and special vehicles are not covered by the subsidy.
3. Consumers use their savings card starting with "62" (the bank card used to receive subsidies) to pay at least one purchase price of more than 10,000 yuan (inclusive) through bank transfer, credit card or UnionPay QR code. The payment and invoice issuance must be between July 1 and September 30.
(Note: (1) The bank card used to pay for the car purchase needs to be bound to the user's "UnionPass" app in advance; (2) The bank savings card used to pay for the car is used to receive financial subsidies. ）
4. The vehicle to be purchased must be a car registered in the applicant's name.
5. During the application period of this activity subsidy, each applicant can only enjoy the activity subsidy for 1 time and 1 vehicle.
Claim process
1. Consumers reach a clear intention to purchase a car with the car sales companies in the event list.
2. The consumer downloads and registers the UnionPay app and binds a personal bank card.
3. Consumers use their savings card starting with "62" (the bank card used to receive subsidies) to pay at least one purchase price of more than 10,000 yuan (inclusive) through bank transfer, credit card or UnionPay QR code.
4. Consumers log in to the UnionPay APP subsidy platform and complete personal identity verification.
5. Consumers who have completed the verification upload the application materials for the car purchase subsidy.
6. The "UnionPay" APP auto consumption subsidy platform verifies the user's identity and verifies the authenticity of the invoice. During the review period, consumers can check the review progress through the UnionPay app.
7. The platform conducts a preliminary review of the application materials, and the government-designated personnel review the car purchase contract, invoice, car purchase enterprise, vehicle model, identity information, payment voucher, driving license, etc.
8. After the review is passed, the platform will release the subsidy funds to the bank account submitted by the subsidy recipient according to the subsidy payment details submitted by the designated personnel of the government.
