Chairman Mao's Collapse (Queen's Hotel)

Chairman Mao Zedong's residence, also known as the Moganshan Empress Hotel, is a single-family villa built in 1934, covering an area of about 445.2 square meters, and is a national cultural relics protection unit. In March 1954, Mao Zedong inspected Moganshan during the formulation of the first constitution of the People's Republic of China in Hangzhou, where he stayed. At the entrance of the villa is a huge carved picture of Chairman Mao and his poem "Seven Uniques: Moganshan", which has three exhibition halls, the contents of which are "Chairman Mao and Moganshan", "Xi Jinping inspects Moganshan" and "other party and state leaders inspect Moganshan".

The former site of the Zhejiang West Special Committee of the Communist Party of China

The former site of the Zhejiang West Special Committee is an idyllic country villa, hidden in the depths of the dense bamboo forest, covering an area of 361.45 square meters, and is a national key cultural relics protection unit and a patriotic education base in Huzhou City. In January 1939, according to the instructions of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Zhejiang West Special Committee of the Communist Party of China was established in Anji County, and later transferred to Hecun in Qianxian County and Lijiayangfang in Yucun Village in Wukang County. In February 1940, the Special Committee moved to Villa No. 140 in Moganshan, and took this as the center to actively develop the party's organization, strengthen the revolutionary forces, lead the people of western Zhejiang to carry out the anti-Japanese and anti-stubborn struggle, and raised the banner of all-out resistance and victory in western Zhejiang. In the summer of 1941, the Zhejiang West Special Committee of the Communist Party of China withdrew to Changxing County.

The site of the 1937 Moganshan negotiations between Zhou Enlai and Chiang Kai-shek, also known as the Baiyun Mountain Pavilion, is located at the upper end of the Luhuadang Park in Moganshan, is a villa covering an area of 601.8 square meters, and is now a national cultural relics protection unit. In March 1937, Zhou Enlai and Chiang Kai-shek went to Moganshan and stayed here during the second KMT-CCP cooperation negotiations. This was the first official meeting between the leaders of the two parties after the breakdown of the first KMT-CPC cooperation. The old site is divided into 2 floors, the first floor is a conference room, a lounge, etc.; On the second floor is the bedroom, which displays photos of important people who participated in the negotiations between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party at that time and a memorabilia of the negotiations between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party in 1937.

The former site of the Moganshan Conference

Located in the central area of Moganshan, adjacent to Zhonghua Mountain, Gangtou Road and Yinshan Street, the former site of the Moganshan Conference was once the most imposing public building on Moganshan, with a total construction area of 704 square meters. The main hall has a single-story height of 13.6 meters and an area of 560 square meters, which can accommodate five or six hundred people at the same time. In September 1984, the National Symposium of Young and Middle-aged Economic Scientists was held in Moganshan, Deqing County, with a total of 124 young and middle-aged scholars participating. The central topic of the meeting was the reform of the urban economic system, and seven special reports were formed and submitted, among which the report "Two Ideas for Price Reform" was quickly approved by the leaders of the State Council and became the guiding principle of the central price reform.

The site of the World United Nations Geographic Information Conference (Deqing International Conference Center) is located in the center of Fengqi Lake, a beautiful geographic information industry, with a total construction area of 48,500 square meters, which is one of the landmark buildings in Deqing. From November 19 to 21, 2018, the United Nations World Geographic Information Conference was held in Deqing County. This is another international event held in Zhejiang after the G20 Hangzhou Summit and the Wuzhen Internet Conference, and it is also a major international multilateral event with the highest level and the widest coverage in the field of surveying, mapping and geographic information held in China so far.

Deqing County Geographic Information Science and Technology Museum

Deqing Geographic Information Science and Technology Museum was completed and opened in 2018, with a total of two floors and a display area of 7200m, consisting of one hall, six halls and one cinema, including the preface hall, navigation and location service hall, aerospace remote sensing hall, geographic information system and Internet geographic information service hall, surveying and mapping geographic information engineering service hall, map and geographic information culture hall, beautiful Deqing and future cinema that implements the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The Science and Technology Museum is currently the largest and most complete geographic information professional science and technology museum in China, and has won many honors such as the National Science Education Base, the National Science Education Base for Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information, and the Quality Education Practice Base for Primary and Secondary Schools in Zhejiang Province.

Deqing County Civic Moral Education Center

Deqing County Civic Moral Education Center is the first civic moral education center in the country, built in 2009 and upgraded and relocated to the new museum in 2019, which is the "National Social Science Popularization Base" and "Zhejiang Patriotism Education Base". The exhibition area of the museum is nearly 1,000 square meters, which is mainly divided into the review area of the old museum, the main exhibition hall, the interactive area, the moral hall, the tail hall, etc., with "a red flag to open the moral line" and "a red silk through the moral line", a comprehensive introduction to the characteristics of the ideological and moral construction of Deqing citizens and the results achieved.

Deqing County Martyrs Cemetery

Deqing County Martyrs Cemetery was built in June 2010, covering an area of 1,800 square meters, about 1.8 kilometers away from the city center, the cemetery is placed in the tombstones of 86 revolutionary martyrs, belonging to the county-level protection and memorial facilities. The martyrs' cemetery is composed of a monument, a revolutionary martyrs' exhibition hall and a memorial square, which is an important base for patriotic education and the great achievements of revolutionary martyrs in Deqing County.

Deqing Petition Footprint Museum

Located in the Deqing County Social Governance Center, the Deqing Petition Footprint Museum covers an area of about 100 square meters and will be completed and opened in September 2023. On August 15, 2005, Comrade Xi Jinping, then Secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee, visited Deqing to receive the masses. On the same day, Comrade Xi Jinping put forward for the first time that "visiting and receiving the masses is a big examination room to test the ability and level of leading cadres, the visiting masses are the examiners, the petition cases are the examination questions, and the satisfaction of the masses is the answer". The Deqing County Petition Footprints Museum restores the scene of Comrade Xi Jinping's visit in Deqing, and vividly shows the enduring value of Comrade Xi Jinping's visit footprints with five chapters: historical letters and visits, earnest entrustment, institutional evolution, gratitude and forge ahead, and reputation forward.

Chengguan Memory Museum

The Chengguan Memory Museum was built in early 2023 and was transformed from the original Deqing County Public Security Bureau (later the Chengguan Town Police Station), covering an area of 1,332 square meters. Chengguan Town (now Qianyuan Town) was once the seat of the Deqing County Government. The Chengguan Memory Museum focuses on the history of Chengguan from 1949 to 2000, with old photos, old images, old objects, oral memories and other carriers, with three theme exhibition areas: "Looking at the City", "Resonating with Memory" and "Meeting with the Future", with 145 collections, showing the urban space landscape of the old Chengguan, the life scenes of the people and the video time experience project.

Deqing sluice water to Qing footprint park

Deqing Gate Water to Qing Footprint Park will be completed and opened in May 2023. Deqing Gate is located in Qianyuan Town, Deqing County, which is the first flood gate on Dongtiao River, and is a river basin control flood control project of "Hangzhou on the top, Huzhou on the bottom, and Jiaxing on the east". On June 3, 2003, when Xi Jinping, then secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee, visited Deqing and inspected the Deqing Gate and the county urban defense project, and asked all localities to do a good job in the sustainable use of water resources and incorporate water conservancy projects into the key points of infrastructure. The Deqing Dazha Water to Qing Footprint Park is mainly based on the Deqing urban flood control project, showing the history of water conservancy construction in Deqing County since the founding of the People's Republic of China, especially since the 21st century, and continuously improving the city's flood prevention and risk resistance capabilities.

History of the New City Party

The Xinshi Party History Museum is located in the ancient town scenic area (north of Wangxian Bridge at the mouth of the West River), established in November 2017 and officially opened to the public in June 2021 after renovation and upgrading. The party history museum has a total of one floor, covering an area of about 75 square meters, restoring the scene of the traditional Chinese medicine surgery clinic of Wang Zhongqi, the first member of the Communist Party of China in the history of Deqing, in the form of "electronic screen + display cabinet + wall exhibition", introducing the establishment of the first party branch in Deqing County and the early party organization activities, and the development process of the local party committee in the new town.

The former residence of Zhong Zhaolin in the new town

Zhong Zhaolin's former residence is located in the new town of Deqing County, is the ancestral residence of Mr. Zhong Zhaolin, the pioneer and founder of China's modern motor industry, with a construction area of about 650 square meters, which was built in the Qing Dynasty and opened to the public after restoration in May 2010. In the 30s of the 20th century, Zhong Zhaolin guided and participated in the development of the second alternator and motor in the mainland, which contributed to the establishment of the first national motor manufacturing plant in the mainland. Zhong Zhaolin has also served as a professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Xi'an Jiaotong University for a long time, and has trained more than 20 academicians and tens of thousands of scientific and technological talents in her more than 60 years of teaching career, including Qian Xuesen and Luo Peilin. The former residence shows Zhong Zhaolin's life deeds and contributions to the mainland's electrical industry in the form of physical objects combined with pictures and texts.

Ganshan Red Memory Museum

Ganshan Red Memory Museum is located in Biyun Street, Ganshan Village, Zhongguan Town, Deqing County, covering an area of more than 640 square meters. The memory hall is divided into five exhibition areas, namely, the bearing of paper, the letter of paper, the elegance of things, the furnishings, the demeanor of the leader, the chairman's utensils, the memory of the bell and pipe, the era and a temporary exhibition area. There are more than 3,000 pieces of cultural relics of the Red Revolution on display in the museum, including a huge oil portrait of Chairman Mao with a height of 2.2 meters and a width of 1.75 meters; Newspapers documenting major state events, posters on revolutionary themes, and various tickets, medals, certificates, etc.

The New Fourth Army Shacun Anti-Japanese War Historical Site Exhibition Hall

The Shacun Anti-Japanese War Historical Site Exhibition Hall was completed and opened in August 2015 and rebuilt and upgraded in October 2022, with an area of about 600m. The exhibition hall is a county-level patriotism education base, and was awarded the "Red Education and Training Demonstration Base for Party Members and Cadres" by the Zhejiang Communist Party Magazine. The exhibition hall is divided into three chapters: the fall of Luoshe, the rise to resist the Japanese, the entry of the iron army into the sand village, the shining sand village, and the continuation of the past and the future, and the creation of brilliance, with the medals of the New Fourth Army, clothing, earthen guns, broadswords and other physical objects, combined with multimedia projection and other content, showing the will of the New Fourth Army to fight bravely in Shacun and not be afraid of sacrifice, and the love of the army and the people of Shacun between the army and the people.

Deqing General Aviation Intelligent Manufacturing Town Living Room Base is located in the General Aviation Industrial Park of Moganshan High-tech Zone, Huzhou, adjacent to Moganshan Airport, with a total construction area of 15,000 square meters, and is the only aviation theme tourist destination in Huzhou City with multi-reality presentation and immersive experience. The living room of the town is themed "Flying and Dreaming", and the first floor is "Chasing Dreams", which is mainly based on the experience of general aviation science popularization; The second-floor "dream" is mainly to display the Deqing General Aviation Intelligent Manufacturing Town; The three-layer "dream come true" is mainly based on supporting services such as enterprise conference affairs and negotiations. The Deqing Practice Hall of Chinese Modernization and Rural Revitalization is located on the second floor of the United Front House in Moganshan, with a theme exhibition area of 260 square meters, and will be completed and opened in October 2023. The practice hall is divided into four sections, namely "Thousand Autumn Causes, Three Rural Chapters", "Ten Million Projects, Beautiful Butterfly Changes", "Walking in the Forefront, Demonstration and Leading", "National Revolutionary Assistance, Rural Revitalization". In the form of pictures, videos and texts, it shows the butterfly transformation process of thousands of villages under the leadership of the "Ten Million Project" in an all-round and multi-dimensional way, as well as the vivid practice of the Revolutionary Committee of the Kuomintang to help the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.

Monument to the martyrs of Sheb

Xie Bo, born in Zhenhai, Zhejiang Province in 1916, joined the Communist Party of China in 1938, and served as the secretary of the Wude County Working Committee of the Communist Party of China from March to August 1940. On September 16 of the same year, he was arrested by the Japanese invaders, but he was loyal and unyielding, and on September 21, he bravely died in the heart of Wukang Town. In April 1988, Xie Bo was posthumously recognized as a revolutionary martyr with the approval of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government. The Xie Bo Martyrs Monument was established by the Deqing County People's Government in September 1988, and was later demolished due to urban construction needs, and the bronze statue of Xie Bo was re-established.

Damiaoshan Party Building Theme Park

Covering an area of more than 7,600 square meters, Damiaoshan Party Building Theme Park is rebuilt from the Shangbai Waterworks Plant, which is a comprehensive public cultural service place integrating on-site education and teaching, picture display, leisure and fitness and other functions.
