As soon as the lunch time passed, Zhu Yunzhang, a senior technician of the Nehe Signal Workshop Control Class of the Qiqihar Electric Section of China Railway Harbin Bureau Group Co., Ltd., couldn't wait to study the circuit diagram. As the leader of the model worker innovation studio, 55-year-old Zhu Yunzhang has been focusing on technological innovation for more than 30 years, improving operational efficiency, overcoming difficulties and solving production problems. This summer, he started to work on the technological innovation of the portable switch machine test device, and is ready to complete the transformation by the end of August.
In 1989, Zhu Yunzhang, who graduated from the railway technical school, was assigned to Bafang Station, a small station 10 kilometers away from his home on the Funen Railway. After seven years of commuting with a rice pocket, Zhu Yunzhang, who is not good at words, was stunned to cultivate himself into a "business expert". Not only are the circuit diagrams of signal equipment such as switch machines and signal machines familiar with the road, but even some headache "incurable diseases" are also "hand to disease". In 1999, he was awarded the honorary title of Heilongjiang Provincial Technical Expert and was exceptionally promoted to senior worker technician.
In the face of the praise of everyone, 30-year-old Zhu Yunzhang was not complacent, but focused more on business learning and the development of various operating tools. Since 2004, he has successively developed 14 kinds of products, such as plug nail lifter, turnout notch monitoring window, switch machine pin pulling tool, signal climbing step stool, etc., which fill the gap of no special disassembly and adjustment tools, and greatly improve the operation efficiency.
In October 2018, the "Zhu Yunzhang Innovation Model Worker Studio" named after him was established, and he led the team to explore and complete the independent research and development project tasks such as the test of the portable test device of the electric switch machine, the transformation of the power supply of the signal and light calibrator, the production of the broken shaft of the box cover, and the upgrade of the pin puller.
At the beginning of this summer, he will also work with the workshop party member commando team to tackle key problems with the technological innovation of the existing portable switch machine test device, aiming at the current hydraulic switch training equipment and the early development of the switch machine test device are powered by frequency converter, and the hydraulic switch test device has no three-phase 50 Hz power frequency power supply resulting in poor stability of the field test, through the circuit diagram transformation, the inverter is equipped with LC filter power supply equipment, etc., to achieve the miniaturization of a single 220V to three-phase 380V power supply. Ensure good stability of field test.
"I'm not a skilled craftsman, but when I was young, I liked to think about the tools and devices that I had at my disposal on the research and development site, so that the efficiency of the operation came up, and I was not afraid of the large passenger flow and volume in the summer.
