On May 2, the right tunnel of the Xiaolingshan Tunnel of the S358 Qingyang-Hongshi Highway Reconstruction Project W-08 Bid Project of the Third Company of CCCC First Harbor Bureau was successfully completed.
The length of the right line of the Xiaolingshan Tunnel is 1,238 meters, and the length of the left line is 1,259 meters, making it the only double-hole tunnel on the whole line. The tunnel is an important control project of the bid section, using a two-way four-lane separated tunnel structure, designed in accordance with the first-class highway standard, the entrance and exit doors are cut bamboo, the spacing of the central axis of the double hole is 23.7 meters, and the width of the tunnel excavation section is 12.36 meters, which is a typical double-hole small clear distance tunnel.
In the face of unfavorable factors such as fault fracture zone, shallow burial, bias pressure and small distance between tunnels, the project team has always implemented the process discipline of "pipe advancement, strict grouting, short footage, strong support, early closure, diligent measurement, speed feedback, and settlement control", reasonably arranged the construction process, established a dual mechanism of safety risk classification control and hidden danger investigation and management, strictly controlled the safety step distance and excavation footage, and implemented the tunnel construction guarantee responsibility system. A number of measures such as scientific organization of construction have overcome many difficulties such as poor geological surrounding rock conditions and large mutual interference of small clear distance tunnels, effectively reduced the construction risk, and finally lasted 380 days to achieve a smooth exit of the right hole.
