On the morning of July 1, the Fugu County Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation held a grand celebration of the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the "Two Excellence and One First" commendation conference to commend a group of advanced grassroots party organizations, outstanding party workers and outstanding Communist Party members. It aims to further consolidate and expand the achievements of theme education, promote the deepening and practical study and education of party discipline, and encourage grassroots party organizations and party members and cadres to contribute to the high-quality development of Fugu taxation.
First of all, Li Yong, a teacher from the Party School of Fugu County Party Committee, analyzed and interpreted the "Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China". He gave a comprehensive and systematic explanation of the overview, significance, main purpose, and implementation of the amendment, focusing on the interpretation of the revised content of the regulations. He said that all party members and cadres should learn and understand the newly revised "Regulations", internalize the norms of honesty and self-discipline in their hearts and externalize them in their actions, so as to fully understand and implement the party's discipline, and earnestly know their responsibilities in their hearts, take responsibility in their bodies, and fulfill their responsibilities in action.
Subsequently, all the participants stood up and sang the national anthem. Wang Hongmei, member of the Party committee and deputy director, led all the participants to review the oath of joining the party.
Zhang Lantian, member of the Party committee and deputy director of the bureau, read out the "Circular of the Committee of the Directly Affiliated Organs of the Fugu County Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation of the Communist Party of China on Commending Advanced Grass-roots Party Organizations, Outstanding Party Workers and Outstanding Communist Party Members", and decided to award the party branch of the county bureau and the party branch of the first taxation branch the honorary title of "advanced grass-roots party organization"; Liu Xiu'e and other 4 comrades were awarded the honorary title of "Outstanding Party Worker"; Kang Qiang and other 36 comrades were awarded the honorary title of "Outstanding Communist Party Member".
Wang Hongmei, member of the Party committee and deputy director of the bureau, said in her concluding speech that in the face of severe challenges and complex tasks in the new era, we must continue to strengthen the leadership of party building and resist the main responsibility and main business. The participants also visited the party building exhibition hall of our bureau's "Yellow River Taxing Heart to the Party".
