Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has strengthened discipline construction and strict discipline implementation with unprecedented efforts, and has continuously created a new situation in the party's discipline construction. It is necessary to thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on comprehensively strengthening the party's discipline construction and the newly revised "Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China", deeply understand the great significance of strengthening the party's discipline construction, constantly deepen the understanding and awareness of party discipline and party rules, and effectively enhance the high consciousness of abiding by rules and disciplines.
The meeting emphasized that political discipline is the most important, fundamental and critical discipline, and it is necessary to strictly enforce political discipline, and as the focus of strengthening party building, continue to deepen and resolutely shoulder the political responsibility of the "three rural" work departments.
