Which disinfection effect is better, table salt, quicklime or zeolite powder?

Sodium chloride - table salt

【Properties】 Sodium chloride is edible salt, which is colorless, transparent cubic crystals or white crystalline powder, odorless, salty; It is soluble in water, the aqueous solution is neutral, and it is easy to deliquescent when there are impurities.

【Function and use】 As a disinfectant, fungicide and insecticide, it is mainly used to prevent and control bacteria, fungi or parasites and other diseases. It can also prevent and treat brown blood caused by nitrite poisoning.

【Usage and dosage】 Bathing freshwater fish with 1%~3% for 5~20 minutes can prevent and treat gill rot, white-headed and white-mouth disease, red skin disease, erection scale disease, fungal disease, etc.

The length of the bath depends on the temperature of the water. Eel seedlings are bathed in 0.8%~1.0% for 2 hours before entering the pond, which has the effect of disease prevention;

With 0.5%~0.7% whole pond sprinkling, it can prevent and control eel rot gill disease, rotten tail disease, body surface ulcer disease, water mildew disease and gill nephritis;

In the control of rainbow trout water mildew, juveniles were bathed with 1% for 20 minutes, and adults were bathed with 2.5% for 10 minutes.

Brown blood caused by nitrite poisoning such as crucian carp and tilapia can generally be prevented and treated with sodium chloride in 25~50 g/m³ water.

【Precautions】 Sealed storage, moisture-proof; When bathing with this product, it should not be carried out in a galvanized container to avoid poisoning;

Fry of different farmed fish have different tolerances to salinity; For freshwater fish, the amount and bathing time should be strictly controlled.

Methylene blue

【Properties】 Methylene blue is a thiazide dye, dark green, copper-shiny columnar crystalline or crystalline powder, odorless;

It is soluble in water, stable in air, and the aqueous solution is blue and alkaline; The medicinal properties are mild and the toxicity to fish is low.

【Function and use】 Methylene blue can prevent and control water mildew and red mouth disease, and is used for the detoxification of nitrite or cyanide poisoning; In addition, it can also kill small melon insects and third-generation insects.

【Usage and dosage】 Use 0.5~1.0 g/m³ water body to sprinkle the whole pool or bathe 10 g/m³ water body for 10~20 minutes to prevent and control water mildew of marine and freshwater fish;

Mix 1 g/m³ of methylene blue in water and 5 g/m³ of furandazine in water, sprinkle the whole pool in the evening, and keep the still water state until the next morning, and repeat the drug once after 2~3 days, which has a good effect on the prevention and control of carp mildew;

In the prevention and control of eel mildew, rotten tail disease and salmon trout intestinal red-mouth disease, 1~3 g/m³ water body should be sprinkled all over the pool, and once every 3~5 days, repeat 3~4 times;

Sprinkle the whole pool with 50 g/m³ of water to relieve nitrite poisoning in eels.

【Precautions】

1) Sealed and shady storage.

2) The purity of the drug is very high during treatment, and it needs to be pharmaceutical grade methylene blue.

3) The use effect of low water temperature is poor; In water with high organic content, the efficacy decays quickly.

4) After the end of treatment, the water should be changed or filtered with activated carbon immediately to eliminate its residue.

5) When the water content reaches 10 g/m³, it has an adverse effect on aquatic plants. Generally, the 48-hour LD50 (half lethal dose) for fish is 20 g/m³ in water, and the safe dosage is 10 g/m³ in water.

6) This product helps to increase the respiratory function of fish, and there is no need to increase oxygen when using this product.

7) This product is limited to the prevention and control of ornamental fish diseases.

Calcium Oxide: Calcium oxide is also known as quicklime

【Properties】 Calcium oxide is a white or off-white hard lump, odorless; It is easy to absorb water, and the aqueous solution is strongly alkaline; It can absorb carbon dioxide in the air, and gradually turn into calcium carbonate and fail.

【Function and use】 Calcium oxide is a good disinfectant and environmental improver, which can remove predators, and has a strong disinfection effect on most pathogenic bacteria, but is ineffective against anthrax spores;

It can precipitate the colloidal particles suspended in the water, increase the transparency, and make the water fertilizer fertilizer, which is conducive to the reproduction of plankton and maintains a good ecological environment in the water body;

It can improve the substrate, enhance the permeability of the bottom of the pond, increase calcium fertilizer, and provide the nutrients needed by animals and plants.

【Usage and Dosage】

(1) Cleaning pond disinfection

1) Dry method: after trimming the fish pond, leave the pond water depth of 6~10 cm, dig a few small pools in various places at the bottom of the pond, put this product in, and then sprinkle the whole pool after dissolving with water, generally 75.0~112.5 g/㎡, which can quickly remove wild trash fish, large aquatic organisms, bacteria, especially pathogenic bacteria, the vibrio killing rate in the bottom mud of the shrimp pond can reach 80.0% ~ 99.8%, the pH reaches about 11 within 24 hours, and the plankton multiplies in large numbers after 4 days, and reaches the peak on the eighth day.

2) Water method: the general water depth of 1 meter is 75~400 g/㎡, depending on the amount of silt, soil pH, etc.

(2) Disease prevention and control

In the epidemic season, the whole pond is sprinkled 1~2 times a month to prevent and control various diseases caused by pathogenic organisms such as bacteria, fungi and algae on the body surface of fish, shrimp and crabs.

In the epidemic season of bacterial gill rot, bacterial sepsis or eosinophilic odyflagelloflagellosis, the whole pool of 20~30 g/m³ water body is sprinkled 1~4 times a month, which has the effect of prevention and control, and can increase the production of filter-feeding fish;

In pond circulating water fish farming, the above doses of calcium oxide and 1 g/m3 of bleaching powder in water are alternately used every 10~15 days, which has a disease prevention effect;

Sprinkled with 15~30 g/m³ of water is conducive to the improvement of hepatic steatosis in rainbow trout; Sprinkle once every 3~7 days with 50~80 g/m³ water to prevent the deterioration of the water quality of the breeding pond;

The water quality of the eel pond can be improved with 7~9 g/m³ water; Sprinkle with 10 g/m³ of water to remove iron ions and other colloidal substances in the water;

In the water body where Microcystis multiplies are abundant, sprinkle calcium oxide powder 2~3 times in the early morning at the algae body float, which can basically kill Microcystis;

When there is too much blue-green algae in the water, 37.5 g/m³ water can be used; Ground calcium oxide into powder and sprinkle evenly on the moss (up to 30 g/m³ of water), which can make the moss rot by roots.

【Precautions】

Safe dosage of calcium oxide:

The freshwater pomfret summer flower was 19.5 g/m³ water at a water temperature of 20~25 °C. California perch fry were 37.18 g/m³ water; The juvenile soft-shelled turtle is 239 g/m³ in water.

It is suggested that calcium oxide is easy to mature, and the effect is reduced after curing, so it is not suitable for long-term storage, and attention should be paid to moisture-proof, and it is advisable to use it on sunny days.

Fresh, lumpy ones should be used, and those that have been left for too long, deliquescent, and powdered ones have become ineffective and cannot be used.

zeolite

【Properties】 Zeolite is a porous particle.

Mostly white, pink, but also red or brown; Soft, with glass or silk luster (represented by albite zeolite and calcium zeolite), and occasionally pearl luster (including more than 30 kinds of albite zeolite and calcium zeolite)

【Function and use】 Because zeolite has many molecular pores, it has good adsorption, water absorption, solubility, ion exchange and catalytic properties, and can be used as water quality, pond bottom purification and environmental protection agent in aquaculture.

Its main functions are as follows:

1) It has obvious adsorption and selective ion exchange capacity for harmful substances such as ammonia nitrogen, organic substances and heavy metal ions.

2) It can effectively reduce the impact of hydrogen sulfide toxicity at the bottom of the pool.

3) Adjust the pH of the water body.

4) Increase the amount of dissolved oxygen in the water.

5) Provide sufficient carbon for the growth and reproduction of phytoplankton, provide biologically active elements necessary for the growth of a variety of animals and plants, eliminate the antagonism between various elements, improve the intensity of photosynthesis in the water body, and also provide good micro-fertilizer for ponds.

【Usage and dosage】 When used as a water environmental protection agent in aquaculture, 100~150 mesh zeolite 30~50 g/m2 is commonly used; The dosage of the seriously polluted pool bottom is 75~750 g/㎡. The above dosage can be used several times in a row, and the spreading area is dominated by heavy blackening at the bottom of the pond or where fish are concentrated.

【Precautions】 Store in a dry place. The zeolite tank should be avoided from direct sunlight and should be washed 1~2 times a month (recycled), otherwise it is easy to fail.

Tip: Do not store or mix with fertilizers or other medications.
