The specific matters are hereby announced as follows.
1. Scope of objects
The leading industry enterprises have newly introduced high-level talents for in-service and non-in-service personnel outside Yibin City. Among them, in principle, fresh graduates must obtain the graduation certificate, degree certificate or other relevant certificates required by the job conditions before entering the job; Other personnel must obtain the graduation certificate, degree certificate and other certificates recognized by the state as required by the post conditions at the time of registration, and those who fail to obtain the certificate within the specified time will not be allowed to enter the next step of recruitment.
Second, the introduction plan
This time, the leading industrial enterprises in the region plan to introduce a total of 106 new high-level talents.
Third, the introduction of conditions
(1) Basic conditions
1. Good ideological and political quality, law-abiding, good conduct, and good professional ethics.
2. Love and dedication, have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, solid professional knowledge, pioneering and innovative and strong sense of unity and cooperation.
3. Be in good health.
4. Those who have any of the following conditions are not allowed to register:
(1) Those who have received criminal punishment from judicial organs.
(2) Those who are suspected of violating laws or disciplines and are under review.
(3) Party discipline or government discipline sanctions have not been lifted.
(4) Those who have been dismissed from public office or dismissed.
(5) Other violations of relevant regulations are not suitable for registration.
(2) Qualifications
1. No previous work experience in Yibin City, and no talent policies at all levels in Yibin City.
2. Meet the qualifications required by the position.
Fourth, the introduction of procedures
(1) Registration
The registration shall be carried out in the form of online registration, and the candidates for the position shall fill in their resumes truthfully, and send their resumes and other information required for registration to the corresponding mailbox or website according to the requirements of the demand unit.
(2) Recruitment
Enterprises in leading industries shall independently carry out recruitment work according to the qualification review of applicants, and determine the method and time of application.
(3) Onboarding
Enterprises in leading industries need to complete the entry procedures before September 30, 2024, and submit the filing and identification materials to the District Enterprise and Talent Service Center from October 15 to 25 (excluding holidays) according to the procedures.
Fifth, policy treatment
In principle, the service period of high-level talents newly introduced through this announcement and who meet the conditions and are recognized by the record shall not be less than 5 years, and those who meet the relevant conditions can enjoy the relevant policy treatment of newly introduced talents in accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Several Support Policies for the Talent Plan of Yibin Sanjiang New Area (Revision)" and its implementation rules.
