Located in the transition zone between the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and the Loess Plateau, Gannan was once the main window of the ancient Silk Road and the Tangbo Ancient Road, with sacred mountains, sacred lakes, grasslands, and beliefs, which can satisfy all your fantasies about Tibet.
Most of Gannan is only about 3,000 meters above sea level, and the maximum average temperature in summer is only 20°C, so it is known as "the most approachable Tibetan area".
The southern part of Gannan is the Mindieshan Mountains, with deep mountains and ravines, mild climate, and mainly forest areas; The eastern part is hilly and mountainous, cold and humid, and has both agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry; The northwest is a vast meadow grassland, which is the main pastoral area of the province.

Zhagana Scenic Area is located in Yiwa Township, Diebe County, Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Zhagana is Tibetan, meaning "stone box". The average altitude of the whole scenic spot is more than 3,000 meters, the terrain is not only like a large-scale giant palace, but also like a complete ancient city built by natural rock walls, the mountains are strange, the clouds and mist are shrouded, like a fairyland, and the Tibetan villages are hidden in it, constituting a unique cultural and natural landscape.
The Tibetan-style wooden houses here are stacked one after another, the prayer flags flutter in the wind, and the mountains are shrouded in clouds and mist every morning, which is the legendary "Garden of Eden" in Gannan.

"Maqu" in Tibetan means "Yellow River", the Yellow River flows eastward, while in Maqu, the Yellow River flows westward.

Gahai Lake is known as a pearl on the plateau, where every flower, grass, mountain and stone is spotless and clean, and it is pure natural appearance.
Every summer, nearly 100 species of birds, such as white swans and gray geese, will fly to Gahai from the south, sometimes hovering in the air, sometimes skimming the water, and falling lightly on the meadow.

Summer is the flowering season of the grassland, and the flowers in full bloom are like stars falling to the ground.
Sangke grassland and Ganjia grassland in Xiahe, Zhou grassland in cooperation, and Awancang grassland in Maqu...... Patches of grassland are nestled on the edge of the blue lake, and the flowers bloom silently, enjoying the leisure alone.
Every summer, the grass is green, the wildflowers are everywhere, the cattle and sheep are flocked, and the blue sky, white clouds, and green grass are all in one.
