Recently, the "Announcement on the Compensation Plan for the Expropriation of State-owned Land and Housing in the First Phase of the Changhong Road Area Urban Renewal and Transformation Project (the First Batch)" was released, and the expropriation was carried out in order to improve the quality of the city, enhance the urban function and improve the urban living environment, and implement the first phase of the urban renewal and transformation project (the first batch) of the Changhong Road Area.

The Yuhua Binjiang New Courtyard is located in the large open space between the school and the oasis affordable housing on the south side of Gemdale Zizi City, which is the south plot and includes a comprehensive park. Due to the large size of the new campus, a new north plot has been added, that is, the east side of the primary school and the south side of the substation.
According to the plan, in order to facilitate the connection between the north and south hospitals, under the premise of meeting safety regulations, underground and above-ground connections are allowed, that is, the hospital is likely to build underground passages or overpasses to facilitate travel.
It is reported that the second hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Jiangsu Province, Yuhua Binjiang New Hospital, will have an outpatient department, an inpatient department, a ward building and other supporting facilities in the future, with a total of 1,500 beds in the inpatient department, which is expected to start construction by the end of this year.
