In order to improve customer satisfaction, Shenlan Automobile also put forward a delivery commitment: if the last day of the "estimated delivery time" displayed after locking the order in the APP/applet is not delivered as scheduled, it will be compensated according to the standard of 120 yuan/day per natural day, with a maximum of 10,000 yuan.
