Seoul, South Korea announced a major vehicle accident yesterday (1st), and a car drove into an intersection near Seoul City Hall Station at around 9:30 pm. As a result of the accident, nine people were killed, one person was seriously injured and three people were slightly injured. Police have controlled traffic in the vicinity and arrested a male driver in his 70s.

The Seoul Traffic Information Center said that due to a collision accident in front of City Hall Station, both directions are completely closed, and cyclists are advised to obey traffic laws.

South Korea's central Yoon Suk-yeol received a report of vehicle insurance near the Seoul metropolitan government, and urgently ordered the minister of public administration and safety and the director of the national fire department to "make every effort to rescue and relieve the victims."
