Notice of Datong City's 2024 "Special Post Teacher" Recruitment Qualification Review
Candidates who have entered the qualification stage:
Our city is scheduled to conduct a qualification review at 08:30-12:00 a.m. and 15:00-18:00 p.m. on July 6, 2024 in the lecture hall of Datong Demonstration Comprehensive Practice Base (address: No. 1 North Ring Road). Those who fail to meet the deadline will be deemed to have given up automatically.
1. Candidates participating in the on-site qualification review shall provide the following materials:
1. The original and photocopy of the written test admission ticket;
2. The "Registration Form for Teachers for Special Posts in Rural Compulsory Education Schools in Shanxi Province" signed by the candidates themselves (downloaded from the recruitment registration website for special post teachers in Shanxi Province);
3. Original and photocopy of ID card;
4. The original and photocopy of the graduation certificate (if the graduation certificate or degree certificate has not been issued for the fresh graduates, the student card, the online verification report of student status or academic qualifications and the letter of commitment signed by the applicant on obtaining the graduation certificate shall be submitted). Before publicizing the list of candidates to be recruited, the original and photocopy of graduation certificate and degree certificate must be submitted;
5. The original and photocopy of the teacher qualification certificate consistent with the position applied for (those who have not obtained the teacher qualification certificate for the time being must obtain the teacher qualification certificate before going through the employment procedures, otherwise they will not be hired.) During the qualification examination, it is necessary to check the certificate of passing the national primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination or the professional ability certificate of normal students and teachers within the validity period);
6. If you apply for the post of "requiring household registration or student origin in this county", provide the original and copy of the certificate of household registration or place of origin;
7. Veterans who apply for special positions must also provide their household registration booklet (or the page of the household registration book printed with their household registration information), formal retirement procedures or certificates (discharge certificates) and relevant certificates issued by the veterans affairs department of the place of resettlement (see annex);
8. Volunteers who have participated in the "College Students' Volunteer Service in the Western Region" and "Three Branches and One Support Program" and have teaching experience, normal college graduates who have participated in more than half a year of internship and teaching, college students and soldiers who have returned to school and full-time graduate students with a master's degree or above must also submit relevant supporting materials.
2. Once the qualification examination is not qualified, the subsequent examination or employment qualification will be cancelled, and the losses caused by the applicant shall be borne by himself. Those who fail to participate in the qualification review at the prescribed time and place shall be deemed to have given up automatically.
3. During the qualification examination, the copies of the relevant materials, the registration form and the original supporting materials shall be handed over to the qualification examiners for future reference.
