On the eve of the "July 1st" Party Day, the Party Branch of Xiaochang Mengli Garden Association organized party member representatives and probationary party members to come to Zhang Yuqing Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery in Zhouxiang Town, Xiaochang County to carry out the oath ceremony of joining the party.
Under the bright red party flag, the party members looked solemn, clenched their right fists, and read the oath of joining the party in a sonorous voice. After the oath-taking activity, all party members listened to the great achievements of the revolutionary martyrs, and paid tribute to the monument to the revolutionary martyrs.
"In six years, a total of 18 party members have been developed, with an average of 3 per year. I have been in the party for 40 years, and after the establishment of the party branch, I served as the secretary here, so I joined them and started a business with the party. Adhering to the principle of helping farmers, revitalizing agriculture, and benefiting farmers, Shen Teng, a rural youth party member born in the 90s, aimed at the agricultural and forestry resources of his hometown 11 years ago, resolutely gave up the development opportunities of the provincial capital, and returned to the countryside to deal with seedlings and turf, driving a group of young talents to jointly create a "dream garden" for rural revitalization.
"Although they call me the rich second generation, I think I am a founding generation, how to unite my peers in the process of starting a business? We established the concept of 'starting a business with the party', which was recognized by more than 30 companies that joined the association at the earliest. Rooted in the fertile soil of the countryside, anchoring green development, cultivating the culture of youth entrepreneurship, forging the industrialization chain of flower and tree cultivation, garden creativity, and agricultural tourism and health care, Shen Teng created the first youth entrepreneurship "maker center" in Xiaochang County and the first "service center for agriculture" in Xiaogan City, absorbing 178 member units, cultivating 67 young entrepreneurial talents, and the industrial base of the association reached 70,000 mu, linking 1,714 poverty alleviation households, and providing 230,000 jobs annually.
"There are more than 100 people like me who have returned to their hometowns to start businesses in Xiaochang County, engaged in the operation of agricultural industrialization.
