At the first stop, the delegation came to Dongguo Town Health Center and visited the departments of gynecology, traditional Chinese medicine, and nursing station. With the strong support of the group, the hospital has carried out a comprehensive upgrade of the hospital environment and rearranged the inpatient ward, so that the renovated health center has a new look, with more complete functions and a more beautiful environment, and the patient's medical experience has been significantly improved. In accordance with the group's characteristic development model of "one township, one policy", Dongguo focuses on gynecological diagnosis and treatment and builds gynecology as an advantageous discipline.
At the Anyi Community Health Service Centre, the delegation visited the Chinese medicine hall and day clinic. The center follows the development strategy of "integration of medical treatment and prevention, health and benefiting the people", in order to fully meet the more diverse medical needs of the masses, continuously improve service capabilities, set up a contracted team of family doctors, organize regular medical inspections, and improve the professional and technical level of family doctors through the help of group experts; Improve the inspection equipment, the introduction of professional talents, the opening of expert outpatient clinics, hardware and software with both hands, improve the infrastructure, optimize the service level.
In Shangwang Township Health Center, the observation group experienced the new changes in the hospital on the spot. Shangwang Township is located at the northeast edge of the Salt Lake District, with a remote geographical location, adjacent to Wenxi County and Xia County. The Group continued to increase its investment, and the hospital transformed the idle third floor into a traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment service area, rebuilt two sunshine rooms, increased the business room area by about 200 square meters, and installed elevators; 13 professionals have been introduced, and the TCM rehabilitation department and infusion clinic hall have been added, forming a comprehensive TCM service integrating acupuncture, massage, cupping, scraping, etc., and the level of medical services has been continuously improved. In the first half of the year, the hospital's service volume increased significantly, and more than 50% of the patients were patients from outside the region.
Subsequently, the delegation came to Shangguo Township Health Center and visited the National Basic Public Health Service Center, Baicao Garden, Chinese Medicine Hall and outpatient diagnosis and treatment area. As one of the regional medical sub-centers, with the support of the group's policies and the sinking of high-quality resources, the hospital has continuously updated its infrastructure and equipment, and greatly improved its medical service capacity. With gastroscopy diagnosis and treatment and traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment as one township and one policy, a number of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine technologies have been carried out, and at the same time, the national basic public health services and family doctor contract services have been solidly done, and the use of information technology has been standardized, so that patients can enjoy the homogeneous medical services of county-level hospitals without leaving home.
