It is understood that the old village reconstruction project of Xinming Village is adjacent to Ganggang Road in the west and Longzhou Road in the south. With a total area of 2,662.17 acres, the planning and renovation plan is to build a 500-acre water surface storage lake to create a waterfront urban residential area in line with the waterfront city project, the Ganggang Road project on both sides of the river and the Leliu water conservancy storage needs. The project was highlighted in 2020 at the Shunde Leliu Investment Association.
From the perspective of the location of the project, the project is located in the north of Leliu, and residential projects such as Excellence Blue Xingchen and Yuzhou Langham Bay have been developed near the area.
