Yingluck: Thailand's first female prime minister

Yingluck Shinawatra, Thailand's first female prime minister, is a famous entrepreneur. His ancestral home is Fengshun County, Meizhou City, Guangdong Province, and he is a descendant of the Hakka people.

Born in 1967, she is the youngest sister of former Thai Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra, 18 years younger than Thaksin.

Yingluck received her bachelor's degree in political science and master's degree in political science from Chiang Mai University in Thailand and Kentucky State University in the United States.

After returning to China, Yingluck served as president of AIS Telecom, a subsidiary of Shinawatra's family business, and then as CEO of a real estate company.

On May 16, 2011, the Pheu Thai Party (Pheu Thai) nominated Yingluck Shinawatra as the party's number one candidate for parliament. Wu Bingzhi: Canada's first Chinese-American governor-general

Wu Bingzhi, whose English name is Adrienne Clarkson, was born in Hong Kong on February 10, 1939, and his ancestral home is Taishan, Guangdong, China.

Wu Bingzhi's grandfather, Wu Yaopei, was born in Sijiu Town, Taishan, and was an early Chinese immigrant to Australia.

Wu Bingzhi's father, Wu Yingcai, was the first generation of Chinese born in Australia, and his mother, Lin Mei'e, was a Hakka in Guangdong.

Corazon Aquino: The 11th President of the Philippines

Corazon Aquino, the 11th president of the Philippines and the first female president of the Philippines and Asia, served from 1986 to 1992.

His ancestral home is Hongjian Village, Longhai County, Fujian Province, and his ancestors are Hakka.

Corazon Aquino went to the United States at the age of 13 to study and later earned a bachelor's degree. In 1954, she married the young politician Benigno Aquino.

In 1983, after her husband was assassinated, Mrs. Aquino stepped onto the political scene.

On February 25, 1986, Mrs. Aquino announced that she would formally take over the country, becoming the first female president in the history of the Philippines and an Asian country.
