Li Yin introduced that on June 12, ACF Company in Uzbekistan sent a group of 4 people, including the company's project manager and production supervisor, to visit the factory of Yipu New Materials Co., Ltd. for a field visit. "The other party spoke highly of our company's factory construction, production management, and product quality." Li Yin said.
Subsequently, the two sides signed an annual intention order to purchase 10,000 tons of polyester chips. The first shipment was shipped to the factory on June 13. This is another international order after the company's 330-ton bottle-grade polyester chips were shipped to Kazakhstan on April 24.
In 2022, Yipu New Materials Co., Ltd. will invest 2 billion yuan in Karamay City to build an annual output of 720,000 tons of environmentally friendly bottle-grade polyester and biodegradable new materials project. At present, the first phase of the project has been completed, mainly including an annual output of 300,000 tons of bottle-grade polyester production equipment and an annual output of 120,000 tons of flexible multi-functional polyester equipment and 18 single buildings such as production workshops, finished product warehouses, pipe corridors and pipe racks. At the end of March this year, the first phase of flexible multi-functional polyester plant with an annual output of 120,000 tons was officially put into operation, and more than 20,000 tons of various bottle-grade polyester chips have been produced.
The flexible multifunctional polyester plant is powerful and can produce different kinds of polyester products according to the market. This batch of exported bottle-grade polyester chips is mainly used in the food packaging industry, which is processed into preforms by screw injection molding machines, and then blown into mineral water bottles by professional blow molding machines. In addition to being used in the production of mineral water bottles, edible oil bottles and beverage bottles, polyester chips can also be used in the fields of textiles and garments and films.
