"Yesterday (July 1), the summer camp for top-notch innovative talents of Zhongke Jiayi Education Group opened. The first lecture was delivered by Zhu Zhiting, a tenured professor of East China Normal University and a doctoral supervisor of educational technology, taking everyone closer to the magical artificial intelligence model.
In the lecture, the AI model incarnated as an "intelligent teaching assistant", and told everyone about the past and present life of the AI model from enlightenment to rise in a dialogue way. However, the students also noticed that although the AI model performed reliably in most cases, it was not entirely accurate in answering some questions. "Previously, I thought that AI was omniscient, but judging from today's interaction, AI still has many things that are inferior to us humans. For example, when it comes to questions like brain teasers, AI can't give accurate answers directly, and some answers even seem a bit 'mentally retarded'. Shao Yiting, a student at Jiayi Experimental Junior High School, said.
Writing poems, painting, programming, and the versatile performance of the AI model amazed the students. At the scene, it also produced an animated short film with the theme of "Monkey King Meets Robot". In the animation, high-rise buildings and flying vehicles constitute a cityscape full of science and technology, and the encounter between "Monkey King" and "Iron Man" through time and space makes the atmosphere reach a climax.
"This class has provided me with new creative ideas, and as long as they are used correctly, AI models can become a powerful assistant in our creation." Gu Shuping, a student at Shanghai Private Taoliyuan Experimental School, said.
