Shenzhen News Network, July 2, 2024 (Reporter Luo Yu, Correspondent Li Linqing, Xie Ying) Recently, the China Association of Building Energy Efficiency announced a number of near-zero energy building evaluation projects, among which the comprehensive energy saving rate of the Xin'an Park Visitor Service Center is as high as 69.73%, and the renewable energy utilization rate is 46.69%, which is significantly better than the standard for the identification of "near-zero energy consumption" buildings, and has become the first "near-zero energy building" in Bao'an District.
Near-zero energy buildings refer to buildings that consume almost no external non-renewable energy, which relies on the use of efficient energy and a high degree of use of renewable energy, such as solar and wind energy, and its annual energy consumption is almost equal to the amount of renewable energy generated by the building. The Xin'an Park Visitor Service Center combines active technical measures such as fresh air heat recovery, high-efficiency air conditioning, and high-efficiency lighting to maximize the use of renewable energy such as rooftop photovoltaics, and ultimately achieve the goal of near-zero energy buildings.
The Xin'an Park Visitor Service Center adopts an external shading design, and the white curved perforated panels form a shield for the outer part of the building, reducing the heat of the summer sun without affecting the aesthetic design of the façade. At the same time, the surrounding area is rich in greenery, the urban heat island effect is small, and there are good ventilation conditions and excellent air quality. Through the opening of the skylight and the hole in the wall, the outdoor airflow is further guided into the building, which runs through the corridor and the patio of the embassy, achieving a good ventilation effect, and at the same time using natural lighting to meet the indoor lighting needs.
Xin'an Park was founded in the early 90s of the 20th century and is one of the earliest parks in Bao'an District. After the renovation and upgrading, Xin'an Park uses its own "practical actions" to practice the structural imagination of low-carbon green urban buildings in the future, and uses the new and pleasant environment of "new ecology, new life, cheap culture, and new vitality" to attract many people and become a new choice for many people to check in to the landmark of Shenzhen's "Citywalk".
In recent years, Shenzhen has accelerated the construction of green and low-carbon industries to strengthen the chain, focused on the high-quality development of the city, and helped the city's green and low-carbon transformation under the guidance of the construction of the park city demonstration zone and the "dual carbon" goal. The construction of the near-zero energy building project of the Xin'an Park Visitor Service Center has achieved a breakthrough of "zero", marking a good start for Bao'an District to fully implement the "double carbon" goal in the construction field, and also allowing Bao'an citizens to share more "green benefits".
