"Old friends" who debuted new products
Many companies have already participated in the CIIE many times, and they have brought their upcoming new products to Chinese consumers. For example, PepsiCo, a well-known brand of "old friends", brought a new product display to the participants at the matchmaking meeting, and FMCG learned that they recently launched a new flavor of "white grapefruit and green bamboo" cola specially created for the Chinese market. In June this year, China and Malaysia signed an agreement under which Malaysia can directly export fresh durian to China. Previously, Malaysia was only allowed to export frozen durian in whole, pulp and paste to China.
