Teachers are an important part of practicing the spirit of educators. The "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Promoting the Spirit of Educators and Strengthening the Construction of High-quality and Professional Teachers in the New Era" clearly pointed out that we should adhere to the cultivation and cultivation of the spirit of educators, integrate into the training and development of teachers, and build a good ecology of teacher development with daily infiltration, project empowerment and platform support. Adhere to the promotion and practice of the spirit of educators, run through all aspects of teachers' classroom teaching, scientific research, social practice, etc., and build a solid main position for the practice of the spirit of educators. Adhere to the guidance and encouragement of the spirit of educators, establish and improve the standard system for teachers, incorporate it into the whole process of teacher management and evaluation, and guide teachers to transform the spirit of educators into ideological consciousness and action consciousness. This general requirement provides an important guiding direction for teachers to practice the spirit of educators from the main level, promotes teachers to develop the inner consciousness of practicing the spirit of educators, and makes the spirit of educators rooted in teachers' professional pursuits.
Teachers' practice of the spirit of educators is reflected in the dimensions of knowledge, feelings, intentions, and actions (professional knowledge, professional sentiment, professional will, and professional action) of teachers' professional development, and is reflected in daily education and teaching life. Based on this, this journal plans to launch a special topic of "Teacher Practice Practicing the Spirit of Educators" in the near future, and welcomes all teachers to actively contribute.
Manuscript Requirements

2. The number of words in the article: 4000-6000 words.
