Among them, including illegal delivery, no actual measurement report, the actual delivery of the balcony is not a non-closed cover as agreed in the contract, resulting in deviations in the calculation of the surveying and mapping area, for which the owner needs to bear about 30,000 yuan more. The project incurred liquidated damages due to the delay in delivery, but there were two compensation standards.
