Fushun Petrochemical closely followed the market changes to adjust the product structure, in August the production of styrene-butadiene rubber 16,000 tons, the best monthly output since the start of the plant, in August, the comprehensive energy consumption of styrene-butadiene rubber device 221.91 kg of standard oil / ton, ranked first in the group company.

With the goal of maximizing resource efficiency, the company optimizes the product structure and strives to increase the production of chemical products such as resin and rubber with high market profits, and realize the high-load production of high-efficiency devices such as styrene-butadiene rubber. In the first eight months of this year, 85,000 tons of styrene-butadiene rubber were produced, and in August, the output of styrene-butadiene rubber exceeded 15,000 tons again, reaching the best monthly output of 16,000, an increase of more than 1,400 tons compared with the plan.

In the production of styrene-butadiene rubber products, the company has clearly defined four major optimization projects of stable and long-term excellent operation, improving technical indicators, optimizing system operation, and promoting energy conservation and consumption reduction. Organize technical personnel to carry out production improvement technology seminars, analyze the difficult problems of production, formulate production measures from various aspects such as process, equipment, raw materials, etc., and take advantage of the favorable opportunity of the overhaul of the device to carry out a number of transformations and upgrades such as the transformation of the connection form of the "ice machine" heat exchanger and the replacement of the gas phase balance line at the top of the polymerization unit tank, ensuring the stable operation of the four production lines of the device. Vigorously promote the precise management of the site, strictly implement the handover system and refined operation, strengthen the pressure operation of the cold glue heat exchanger, strengthen the PH value supervision of the condensation tank, optimize the operation of the styrene degassing tower, improve the operation level of the device, and achieve a stable rate of 100% of the 13 main operating parameters of the device.

While increasing the load of the device, the company starts from optimizing and adjusting the operation of the device, analyzes the production operation indicators one by one for the production of multiple key systems such as the post-treatment unit, carries out technical benchmarking, flexibly adjusts the operation efficiency of butadiene compressors, "ice machines" and other equipment, and reduces energy consumption. Optimize the supply of liquid ammonia and the number of operating kettles to ensure the reaction temperature and reaction time, and improve the reaction conversion rate. Optimize the preparation management of raw material additives, add potassium soap, anti-aging agent unloading mode piping, daily tracking and analysis of the quality and batch of auxiliary raw materials, to ensure product quality improvement.
