On the evening of November 27, 2020, Shen Xinwei was driving a motor vehicle after drinking alcohol and passing through the intersection of North Huancheng Road and Daole Road. After identification, Shen Xinwei's blood ethanol content was 156 mg/100 ml, which was drunk driving.
