According to the preliminary forecast of dazhou Hydrological Bureau: Qujiang Sanhui has appeared at 16:00 on the 11th, the peak water level is 263.65 meters, the flow rate is 23,700 cubic meters per second, and the Guang'an urban section of the Qujiang River will have a peak flood at about 4:00 a.m. on the 12th, with a peak water level of about 235.4 meters, a rising water of about 23.03 meters, and a super-guaranteed water level of about 4.4 meters. Mingyue Town, Huaying City, will have a peak flood at about 6:30 on the 12th, with a peak water level of 230.5 meters, a rising water of 22.82 meters, and an over-guaranteed water level of about 0.5 meters; Luodu Town, Yuechi County, will have a peak of flood at about 8 o'clock on the 12th, with a peak water level of 225.8 meters, a rising water level of 25 meters, and a super guaranteed water level of 3.5 meters.
