From now on, the Provincial Department of Commerce will give a subsidy of 3,000 yuan to users who buy new cars and license plates in automobile sales enterprises in Fujian Province, and 4,000 yuan subsidies to users who scrap and cancel or sell their original old passenger cars in this province and buy new cars.
At present, the automobile consumption promotion fund has been cut down to reach the districted cities. The commerce departments of each districted city will combine local characteristics to formulate and issue fund declaration notices and issue automobile consumption subsidies.
In order to further activate the rural automobile consumption market, the Ministry of Commerce also supports the relevant business associations of the automobile circulation industry in various places to organize automobile production enterprises and circulation enterprises in our province to carry out the "automobile to the countryside" touring exhibition promotion activities.
